Click on your name and select "My Profile" from your account menu dropdown

Select "Preferences" tab

Select "Add New"

Select the communications you want to receive (Marketing Offers, Cut Off Reminders, & Delivery Notifications) & click "Add"

Select the communication method you prefer (phone, email or text)

Select "Update"
