Select "Equipment Service" from your menu bar
Select "Submit Ticket" to enter equipment service ticket
Click on the radio button beside the piece of equipment that needs to be serviced
Select "I don't see my equipment listed" if your equipment that needs to be serviced is not displayed
Select "Service Need" for equipment from dropdown bar
Verify "Account Information"
Verify and update "Equipment Location"
Verify and update "Available Times" to access the equipment
Enter the "First Name" and "Last Name" of the approving manager
Select the "Submit" Button
